Can’t associate file types with Photoshop CC 2014?

Can’t open files with Photoshop CC 2014 because it doesn’t show as an application?

Photoshop CC 2014 not in context menu?

You will find this key was set to the path for a previous version of read more…

Office 365 Subscription Switch Activation Issue Fix

I recently had a client who needed to switch subscriptions on Office 365. She had signed up for a trial and her company ended up purchasing it for her. Her trial was setup with her personal Microsoft sign in and the purchase was done with her work Microsoft sign in.

Office 365 Failed to activate after account switch

Switching accounts was easy enough:

  1. Open Word or another Office Product
  2. Select Switch Account (or click File > Account > Switch Account)
  3. Login with work account

When Word, etc. would start (after the switch) activation would fail. read more…

iPhone 4S Display Assembly Replacement Part Sheet

Replacing the display assembly on an iPhone isn’t usually a difficult task, it is however tedious. Prior to creating this sheet I forgot to do somethings (the mesh screen usually) or didn’t get the screws in the right order. Hopefully you find this sheet as useful as I do. I am up for suggestions on how to improve it (notes, steps, etc.). One of the most important parts of this sheet is the Notes section at the top. No matter how many screens I replace I ALWAYS reread this section and then prior to reassembly I read it again.

How to Burn an iTunes Playlist to MP3 CD (step by step)

Today started out normal, sit, code, snack, listen to music. It all changed when I decided to go to lunch. I was listening to a playlist in iTunes and decided I would burn it to a CD (MP3) and listen in the car on the way to eat. No problem, just right click the playlist and select Burn to disc, go. Well, not really. As it turns out more than a few of my music files are AAC files (purchased via iTunes). ACC files won’t burn to an MP3 disc as they aren’t MP3’s. Four search phrases later and I found this: http://hints.macworld.com/article.php?story=20031221152135219. Which turned out to be very similar, it was written for a Mac (I use Windows) and it was created in ’09 (thank you cudaboy_71).
